Using the filters

Filters are available to refine your search:

1. Status and categories: these are multi select so you can pick multiple options

2. Quick search: in this field you can search by typing a reference number, a postcode, or the name of a planning application

3. Sort by: you can sort the results of planning applications by their validated date or by their decided date

4. Advanced filters

a. Date: this allows you to filter the planning applications with a date range. You can chose from the validated date or the decided date and select our set ranges or create your custom range with the date picker.

b. Location: this allows you to filter the results by postal district, wards and borough, just select the desired location and the results will be adapted. You can also search for your locations to go quicker.

c. Stage: with this filter you can select the stage of the planning application

5. Area/shape: to access this filter you will need to navigate to the map view then click on the "Draw search area" button. You will need to draw a shape by adding more than two points, then you need to complete the area by connecting back to a point. You then need to click on "Confirm shape" and go back on the list view to apply see the results of your search. 

All of these filters can by used simultaneously.
