As the provider of an engagement and consultation platform, we have a responsibility to maximise transparency and ensure that all views can be heard equally. We have a number of measures in place to give confidence to all our users and filter out attempts at unfairly influencing engagement.

For example, we only publish responses that have been verified. In addition, our Acceptable Use Policy sets out a number of expectations we have about our users. If we suspect that there may be a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, you may find that your content is removed or that your account is blocked.

If you've been blocked, you can ask us to review your case. Get in touch with Commonplace Support, providing details of the email address that has been blocked. We will review your case and provide a response.
