Close my account

When it comes to closing your account, you have a number of options.


If you wish to go ahead with full account closure, all responses you have previously taken time to make will be permanently deleted and can no longer be included for evaluation by our engagement partners.


We have an alternative solution that allows you to ensure your opinions are included. Instead of closing your account, we recommend changing your communication preferences.


You can easily update your communication preferences by visiting your profile page at https://profile.commonplace.is/contributions. See the screen video below which shows how to switch your communication preferences on/off.


If you still prefer to proceed with closing your account, please send an email to support@commonplace.is with the email address of the account that you wish to close:


"Please close my Commonplace account for email address (insert your email address here), permanently deleting all my responses.


Please also unsubscribe me from all email communication. I understand that if I attempt to make a contribution in future, I will not receive the confirmation emails."
