Reporting a bug/glitch

If you encounter a bug, glitch or technical issue while using Commonplace, please get in touch with us at support@commonplace.is.

To help us resolve your issue, kindly provide the following information:

• The URL of the page you encountered the issue on
• What you were trying to do when the issue occurred
• A screenshot of the issue
• Details of the device, operating system and browser you are using (for example - iPhone 14, iOS version 17, Safari)

Please note that the instructions above apply only to technical issues. If you have a query about the content of a project, the design of survey questions, etc., these should be directed to the project team. You can usually find their details on the project home page, as shown in the image below.
