If you encounter a problem with Commonplace, please send an email to support@commonplace.is.

Kindly provide the following:

• The URL for the Commonplace or the page you encountered the issue on
• What you were trying to do when the problem occurred
• Screenshots of the issue you're encountering
• The type of device you are using, that is, the name of the device and model number
• The web browser you are using (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge etc)
