Reporting an inappropriate or abusive comment

Commonplace's Acceptable Use Policy sets out a number of expectations we have about our users and their use of the platform.

If a comment is in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, it may be amended or removed - and in some cases the account associated with it will be blocked.

If you think you've found a comment that does not meet the criteria outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy, please contact us at support@commonplace.is.

In order to help us find the comment, please provide us with as much information as possible - such as the URL of the page where you saw the comment, and ideally a screenshot or copy of the text, image or other content which you believe to be unacceptable.

We will review your submission and take action if needed. You may not receive a response to confirm whether we took action or not, although we will confirm receipt of your email.
