How to have your say using Commonplace
Contributing to a Commonplace engagement is designed to be as quick and easy as possible - whilst also providing valuable insight to our engagement partners to help in their decision-making.
- On the homepage of a Commonplace, you will usually see a list of 'tiles' - some of these will provide further information about the project, while some will contain survey questions.
- Next, you will fill out your answers to the survey questions - the more information you provide, the more information our engagement partners will have to inform their decision-making.
- If you are not already logged in, you'll be asked to provide an email address in order to confirm your response.
- You may then be asked to provide some further information about yourself - such as your age, gender or ethnicity. This is to help our engagement partners understand who has answered the survey, and if there are communities they haven't yet reached. Your answers to these questions are stored securely, and never shown publicly.
- Next, you'll be asked to select your contact preferences. Signing up for project updates will ensure you're kept in the loop when our engagement partner shares the results of their engagement.
- That's it!
